I've had an item delivered to a click and collect store but have not received a collection notificat

I've had an item delivered to a click and collect location but no collection notification (text or email with barcode) has come through. Tracking also does not state 'ready for collection' . Chatbot has been giving me the runaround and I've not found a way to contact anyone at eBay to remedy this.

Just double check your email messages and Spam , in case it's popped into there,  eBay messages and your order details.  If it's not there,  you'll need to contact eBay Customer Services for this all important collection code.

 

Do so only when the lines first open for ' live agents' at 8 a.m. today,   as there's also more chance of Dublin answering.  Calling now,  you would get the automated Chat bot!

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.


Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.


I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
