Previously sold item

Someone paid me for an item that I had already sold to another person last year.Why is this? Second time it's happened

You have all the details, I have none.

It is not possible for a buyer to pay unless they have bought and have an invoice to pay.

Are you sure you do not have any unaccounted sales on your orders?
