Simple Delivery

I have had a RM Click and Drop Account for many years and negotiate my own rates and have a twice a week collection. I don't want to lose this. Started to get eBay marking some orders as sent "Simple" and not giving the Purchasers Address. However, when integrated with C&D all the details are available. I have continued to use my labels and my rates and eBay accepts the details returned by RM when they collect and deliver. From the Order Details on eBay it shows eBay have charged the Purchaser a Postage Fee but I'm not shown as receiving anything other than the value of the item. How do I get the "eBay Postage charge" back? Did wonder if I make all my items Post Free and increase the base price slightly would that get over this issue? Any views help welcome.

The buyer pays Ebay for the label - that money is not paid into your account.

If you choose not to use Simple Delivery and the Ebay label, the buyer will be refunded the cost of the label by Ebay when the label is not used.

Business sellers do not have to use Simple Delivery.

You describe yourself as a 'stockist' and the items you sell as 'stock'.

If you upgrade and trade correctly from an Ebay business account, you will not have to use Simple Delivery.
