unreasonable postage

Why are sellers getting away with listing one courier eg royal mail and when you buy expecting this to be sent with royal mail they keep cocking up a good service by sending goods with a completely different courier, (N-evri) the worst courier service who I don't want to use ever.

With the new Simple Delivery system for private sellers eBay are sometimes swapping couriers, often to Evri, at the moment.
