item sold but then listing got violation, is it ok to ship

i sold about 20 of the same item but then today got an email saying "VeRO Unauthorized Listing Policy violation" and after appealing it, it was denied so have no choice but to end the listing. i still haven't shipped any of the orders i sold and i just tried generating shipping label and it has worked. Is it ok to ship these orders out or not?

For a start, you should be trading on a business account.

The brand owner doesn't want you to list and sell their item, probably for the above reason. 

I think that your only option is to cancel those orders and remove any listings featuring that brand until you can get your business sorted.
