but show as dispatched on tracking also tracking does not work on royal mail tracking 

anyone know what wrong as buyer is chasing for information

We need a bit more info here. Where did you buy label from and was or is it a gsp item, or dealt with a carrier direct?

bought the label from eBay sorry I don't know what a gsp item is

GSP  stands for eBay's Global Shipping Programme.

If you sent the item through GSP,  your responsibility ends with tracking showing delivery to the hub  here in the UK.

As I believe GSP is still suspended to USA, it sounds just like a glitch or delay with Courier.

Buyer can chase all they want, but nothing you can do. What buyer should really do is open a not received case, then you have 3 days in which to refund.
