I purchased an alternator for my motorcycle. It arrived, was fitted and worked perfectly for 2 weeks, but has now stopped working. I contacted the seller on the 25th July, but as yet I have had no reply. What should I do now?
Whatl you should have done in the first place, if there's still time: open a case under eBay's money back guarantee. The deadline is 30 days from the date of delivery.
