just been told regardless if you dont use gps which is not compusary that ebay are not allowing items to be sold via ebay to USA because of usa tariff problem regardless if item made in in uk and under $800 . comes up with this message when item sold to usa --invoices cant be sent for items where ebay manages all or part of the postage
