Buyer bought an item on auction. The item was shipped straight away when reach their country customs withheld the item for a couple weeks. Buyer didn't want to wait any longer asked to cancel order Ebay refunded buyer whist item is in transit. I am finding my self without funds or item the appeal was rejected because there was not enough information.
Have anybody experience the same problem? Any solutions?Thank you
