I check out as guest but entered wrong email by one digit hiw can I sort this

You can't.  You will have to hope the purchase goes smoothly.

as I copied this I could call them

The problem is that as far as the seller goes they will not know who you are, and buying as a guest gives you less ability to do things than buying through your account.

You will just have to wait and see if it arrives when you thought it would.
