Hello I'm looking for how to get a refund on the extra postage Royal mail charged for me to receive an Item as seller didn't cover enough postage when sending.

Unless seller is prepared to refund you then you will be out of pocket. The correct thing is to refuse to pay.

Obviously did not pass over Post Office counter as it would not have been accepted.
