How to organise sold item for collection?

I sold some  very heavy items, listed as  collection only, but when I try to give my contact details to buyer it doesn't send. How do I do this please?

eBay block messages containing contact details prior to payment.    So buyer pays online through ebay then you can swap details. 

The buyer has to give you the collection code they'll receive from ebay to prove they have the item and release the payment.   See "Proof of collection" on here:
