Change of courier

Hi , I sold my e bike and eBay said it would cost 14 pounds to post which surprised me ! When I got to the post office they laughed and said er that will be 119 pounds ! So I had to change the courier details and take it on the chin . The buyer received the bike and left a review but the original carrier listing is still showing as not delivered so I havnt received payment from eBay despite contacting them several times !   Any advice please

You're not allowed to sell eBikes on eBay unless you're a business seller and have permission, so you may have a problem if somebody from eBay realises that.

So, the buyer has received the bike and your tracking number shows delivery?

Change of courier

Hi , no I had to change the courier at the post office from parcelforce 48 to parcelforce 48 L so the original one is still showing on eBay as not delivered when the buyer has definitely received it as she messaged me. Thanks

Change of courier

Contact eBay and ask them if they can add it.

I’ve found that the easiest route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can request a call back:
