Bought a used phone but the damages was undesired and mislead

I bought a iPhone 13 and he told me it was repairable and convinced me into going through with the order once I found out how damaged rhe phome was, I got the phone I’ve taken it to multiple phone shops and they’ve all said it’s not useable or repairable and adviced me to JSUT to buy a new phone, the seller is now ignoring my messages and as usual eBay does nothing about it.

When did you receive the phone?

Ebay will only do anything IF YOU FIRST OPEN A CASE then if seller does not respond you escalate to ebay who will then take over.
