Hi. I recently saw a belt I wished to check the size of so I messaged the seller & received no reply within 2 days so I purchased it anyway. Then they told me that they couldn't find it so I had to chase up a refund. Now,the next day, they have relisted it & are back to being unresponsive again. I realise that they are probably entitled to do this, even with a BIN,the question is...should I leave negative feedback for being given the runaround?

Up to you.
If you do, just say something like "unsatisfactory transaction"
That way, it can't be removed.

Cheers!
I'd rather not but do people need to be informed that they're potentially wasting their time purchasing from this seller?
It does seem a bit suspect.

Negative feedback would discourage this practice, basically starting at a low price and not selling at a price the seller is happy with.
Simple answer for sellers, ignore ebay suggesting starting at 99p with free postage, and start at a price they would be happy to sell at.
Cancelling a sale without agreement of buyer gives seller a defect.

Well...I purchased it for a little over £40,then they miraculously found it & relisted it at a similar price, now it's up for sale at just under £190...couldn't find it my backside, more like they can't find their integrity...
