Auctioning an item - How do I set up an auction for an item?

I have an item I am considering putting on auction instead of just asking a fixed price. How do I go about this as when you're creating a listing there doesn't appear to be an option to select an auction ?

During the listing process, under the Pricing heading you'll see the format box with Buy It Now on it.   Click on the menu arrow on the box and you'll get the auction option.    

If you're not seeing it andyou're using the app if possible try again on a desktop device.
