I accepted an offer from a customer they accepted  I printed the postage label but got this message ....Please do not send this item to the address showing. I didn’t realise that making an offer didn’t give me the choice of how it was delivered. I want it to be sent click and collect. Please let me know what I need to do to set this up.

The only thing you can do is cancel the sale and relist at the agreed price with click and collect as an option.
