How to return an item which was purchased as a guest, now have no details of sup

My wife purchased an item as a guest and no longer has the  details of seller. My wife doesn’t use eBay often and is unsure why she purchased as a guest , as she has an eBay account .

The item is faulty and we would like to contact the seller . We have the eBay order number and bank transaction details .

How can we get sellers details ?
