How do raise a label to send to a buyer so my parcel can be re delivered . There was an error in my address so the item was returned to the buyer who will repost once I send a label ? Thank you

I think you have muddled up buyer and  seller in your post.

Are you the buyer or the seller?

If the buyer once the seller receives the item back it' best they refund you citing Problem with Buyer' s address and then relists the item for you to buy again and that will produce that new Dimple Delivery label.

If you are the buyer you need to correct your address on eBay asap.  

There are 5 addresses which need to be corrected.

Double check at eBay checkout,  on the left hand side,  that it is your correct delivery address showing.
