Postage fees, what about packaging?

As a solo seller who sells things maybe once every year or two as something of value because valueless/useless to myself I get stung with automated cheap delivery prices.

like, I got a garmin watch for sale now with about £2.50 delivery fee. What’s going to happen is I’m going to drive to a post office (£3 fuel) then have to buy some sort of bubble envelope to send it in (£2.99) then use the predetermined label to send it after.

a lot of us don’t have packaging laying around to send things and it essentially comes out of the profit of the seller.

Nope,  no need for any loss, just add all that cost to the starting price of the item.
