I have an urgent issue with DHL and expired labels. Is anyone aware if they will still collect parcels after the labels have expired or if not how do we get new labels and get the parcels gone to their buyers? I cannot buy new ones or get them regenerated as the system thinks they have been despatched, but they are sitting in my living room awaiting collection.
DHL are useless and ebay have a system issue so cannot get through to them and automated system is just as bad.
Thoughts please.
