I've just noticed that my latest LP purchase is unfortunately once again being delivered by Evri. This is despite my last purchase and several others before being damaged in transit by Evri. I have complained to Ebay about them and they have refunded me on more than one occasion. Why do they keep using them for records when they have no idea how to handle them?
