Combined Postage

A buyer just won two of my items that I listed both with Simple Delivery.

Is it possible to combine the postage on Simple Delivery? 

If not, what's the best way around this so he only pays one lot of postage.

You can cancel/refund with buyer's agreement and relist both on one listing with one postage for them to buy and pay again.
