Dispatch overdue

I’ve sold an item. They’ve paid and I’ve used the simply delivery service. So I’ve printed the label then dropped it off. Buyer has received, given me good feed back however it’s still sitting on my sold page as ‘dispatch overdue’. How can I clear this??

That should have happened automatically when you printed the label.    You can try opening it again.   Click on the dropdown arrow on the right of the item on your orders list >  Get another label.
