Arranging collection

I have a buyer and need to arrange collection and payment (cash).  To do this the buyer needs my mobile number so we can arrange but Ebay will not allow me to put in personal information.  How do I arrange collection??? Can anyone help.  The Ebay help page was useless.  Thanks.

eBay has banned cash on collection and now blocks messages containing contact details prior to online payment.

If the buyer wants to check item they'd have to pay first and if there's a problem you can cancel the transaction and refund afterwards.
