Simple delivery

Used Simple Delivery for the first time, got label,deposited at Pick up. Got Evri confirmation, then “out for delivery “ followed by at “local depot” a few hours later.

Contacted Evri, robot said they are passing onto team, wait 24 hrs!

What happens if they have lost it or it’s been stolen?

How do I contact EBay about it without their robot?

You don't do anything.    If the buyer opens a "not received" case eBay will issue the refund themselves and you keep the original payment.
