items that were collected still in orders

I have two bags of jewellery that I was selling, in one order. The buyer came to collect them. She gave me a code that I typed in and the order was changed to collected. This was weeks ago. This order is STILL in my orders list and it says that i need to contact the buyer to arrange collection even though it says Collected at the top of the order. Why is this still there?

You say two bags as one item! I assume there was only one item number, if so it is just ebay having a Brain storm. Best to just ignore.
