how do i complete the order

Hi all

I missed sending an item to a customer then when I went to post the evri code had expired. 

To make up for my error I posted via royal mail next day before 1pm. I have proof of delivery but cant complete the order, what do I do now?

I have message the buyer but no response

You cannot mark as dispatched on the system, if you have messaged the buyer with the new tracking number etc there is nothing more you can do. You may find though that payment maybe held slightly longer if funds haven't been released.

Yeah i can't add a tracking number either so I did message the buyer with a photo of the receipt with tracking information on. 

What do I do if he doesn't respond?

You don't have to do anything if he doesn't respond, you've done all you can.

Should they open a case for item not received,  that tracking if showing delivery is valid, it can be entered into the case details, and it will close it in your favour.

Your payout may be held for a minimum of 14 days,  as it is seen as an untracked item,  there's nothing anyone can do to speed up that process.
