Help with restoring my account

I have tried to resolve account restrictions and I am completely at a loss as to how to restore my account. Several of my items were unexpectedly broken that I had posted to my customers, and I had a very high rating of positive feedback, which has now, I believe been maliciously and unfairly tarnished.

Help with restoring my account

The two negative feedbacks you've received don't appear to be anything to do with items arriving damaged -  one buyer says that their item wasn't dispatched and that you never communicated with them and the other is for a not as described item.
