EBay closed my account as I didn’t have invoices for my items, I have a balance I can’t use. 
Outside of providing them with what I don’t have- is there anyway I can get my account reinstated ? Also, are those funds now lost?

When you say eBay closed your account,  do you mean you received an email stating you have a permanent or indefinite restriction?

You were selling all Brand New item on a Private account.  Selling Brand new items you needed a Business Account this could be the reason for the closure,  but it may not be permanent,  eBay may  just require you to upgrade to use the correct account.

What did the email actually say ?

You were selling brand new high ticket priced items on a private account. You should have been correctly registered as a business account, this is why eBay were in part asking to see invoices.

As to whether they will reinstate your account it will depend on what the message and code used states that they would have sent you.

Monies will become available generally after about 180 days, this allows for chargebacks etc.

As mentioned already, you've red flagged yourself by selling multiples of brand new expensive items on a private account.

Why didn't you have supplier invoices?
