Reporting scams

I can’t see anywhere in the help, advice on how to report a buyer for  possibly trying to scam. It has become more common for buyers to request a refund based on claiming an item being counterfeit. Then not return the correct item once a refund has been issued. Any suggestions?

Have you received your item back and issued a refund already?

If so, there isn't anything you can do at this stage.

You can't report a buyer for 'possibly trying to scam'.

You give very little information.

If the buyer has opened a return, you should accept the return, provide a label and get the item back.

if you don't receive the item back which you sent, come back then for more advice,
