To Customer support… Requesting an item specific in drop down

Hello Guys.

I am one of the largest eBay sellers in the UK for NGC, PCGS and PMG graded coins and bank notes.

Graded bank notes are of course certified and I have had a few removed for not having a certification company listed. I appeal and always get it accepted as the rejection is computer generated. But it takes about a week and a few phone calls. 

The world's largest Bank note grading/Certification company is PMG. 

When listing items and I use the Certification drop down, it lists 6 companies, but not PMG on the UK site.

I have to add my own specific, although this helps buyers, it can still get taken down and I have to use the appeal process.

I currently have over  300+  PMG notes listed. Across the globe eBay has over  92,000 PMG notes listed.  

On the US site eBay.com and the European sites, they do include PMG in the Certification drop down, but we don't here in the UK on the eBay.co.uk site.

Can this be added to our UK site please?

This is the UK member to member forum.  People who read and respond to posts here are just other buyers and sellers like you, not 'Ebay'.
