Seller Account suspended

Hi, i recently placed an order and completed the payment, but now I can see that the seller’s account has been suspended.

I’m a bit worried — what will happen to my order now? Will I still receive the item, or should I request a refund?

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice would be appreciated.

You may still receive the item but if not you can try a case with eBay to get your money back.   Wait until after the estimated delivery date on the listing then select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

That has to be started within 30 days.   Escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a refund.

If the item is not on your purchases list you won't be able to open a case on ebay.  You will need to contact your payment provider within 120 days and ask about a refund or chargeback.
