Refund

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have been writing to you several times. Please, please answer me. I bought this item with the order number of 21- 13757-25974. I did not recieve the item because it had been taken by someone else. I asked for refund, but just before you refunded my money, they put it in the same place. I sent an email to you that I got it and did not need to be refunded. But you refunded me. I sent several emails to you, but again, you did not answer me. I want to get your money back. How should I do?

If you want to repay a refund you need to contact the seller direct.     Find the item on your purchases list and click on the More Actions dropdown menu arrow on the right of it.   There you will see a Contact Seller link.

You cannot repay via ebay.  You will have to use something like Paypal.   Arrange it with the seller.
