My item hasn’t reached buyer

My item hasn’t reached the buyer and it’s been more than 12 days , evri are saying they don’t know where it is , as a seller what should I do next ?

Simple Delivery is mandatory for Private sellers,  so I'm presuming you used this to send your item.

Ask your buyer to open a case for item not received,  under SD rules,  eBay will refund the buyer and you get to keep the payout.

With Simple Delivery eBay refund the buyer for loss or damage in transit and you keep the payment.   So ask the buyer to open a "Not received” claim and they will get their money back from ebay.
