Item not arrived

I made an order on a guest account as I forgot i had one. 1 of the items have not arrived I’ve contacted the seller had nothing back- I’m struggling to request a refund as I made the order on a guest account so is saying the order can be not found- any idea how to get a refund or talk to someone from eBay?

Thank you I have followed the steps, when I click view the order details on my email confirmation the page opens with sorry looks like this page is missing. 
any ideas on how to request a refund with this issue? 
I have messaged the seller through this account but can’t request a refund due to it not being ordered on this account.
