Can’t find how to refund

I listed a piece of furniture for collection only. It sold and I did exchange a few emails with the buyer about organising collection at the time of the sale. Since then nothing. I have someone locally that wants to buy it (outwith eBay) I’ve emailed the buyer to say if they don’t confirm collection soon I would like to refund them. But I’m new to selling and don’t know where to find that option. I feel like I’ve looked everywhere! All I have is a button for a collection code. Can anyone help me with this? I’ve no idea why the buyer doesn’t want their item. The money is already clear in my eBay account. It’s not even about the money. I’m moving house and need to clear everything. Starting to get stressed about being left having to pay for this to be stored.

Can’t find how to refund

Go to the dropdown arrow alongside the item on your orders page > Cancel order > Issue with buyer's delivery address,  which is the nearest one to this situation as it's possible they are too far away to collect easily.   The refund will be issued in the process.
