I have seen a number of posts asking why click and collect is not available and the seller doesn't know why. I have chatted to eBay and the reason is that if any part of your listing indicates that the item is outside the Click and Collect parameters, the option is removed by eBay. Fair enough but the problem is I sell fabrics and fabric is folded for post so a 3m piece of fabric becomes less than 40cm making it eligible. The same thing happens with a 5m tape measure or items of clothing. EBay are aware of this issue. I notified them over a week ago but nothing has changed so far....
