I have been selling on ebay for a long time and am a top seller doing 70 -80 sales per week however I feel that I have not kept up with any new software or systems to help keep an eye on the orders from workshop to customer. I use tracked 24 but to royal mail that just seems like up to a week is okay and some things are not scanned and just show waiting from customer on tracking even though I know its been collected at our doorstep from them.
So my question for the forum is there any way to automate a check that tells you after two days say an item has not been delivered?
Also how can I communicate more to customers that we have 3 days handling and royal mail is publishing!! that tracked 24 is 1-2 days so their order is going to be 5 working days . Can I automate an email at checkout ?
