The buyer wants to cancel order but I can't cancel because it says that I have already sent it.

And "You cannot cancel this order because a cancellation exists on this order."

But I didn’t send it because I checked the mail before the postman arrived and I didn’t give him the parcel. How can I cancel the order now?Screenshot_1981.png

Assuming it means what it says, then nothing you can do as it is already in process of cancelling, but suggest you look again later. Is it showing as dispatched, if so is there the option to “unmark” as dispatched.

 

Today is maintenance day and strange things do happen.

Yes but it says that his attempt to cancel was declined. I'm completely confused
