Heligian bulbs

Hi has any one els having trouble getting hold of heligion bulbs 117mm as they the only ones that fit my lamp i had two incorrect size come out to me 118mm which i did not ask for. Understood sellers are struggling to get this size and is it up to ebay to do refunds and once opened and it does not fit can you still return. I know for a fact 117mm is not the same size as 118mm . Thanks

If your bulbs are not as described in the listing then you can open a return request with ebay and the seller should provide you with a prepaid return label,refunding you within 3 days of getting the item back.

What ever you do, do not use reason "does not fit" as you will have to pay for return postage, you must use reason "not as described".
