not allowing me to contact the seller

my parcel has not arrived i ordered it on the 19th of march in order for it to be here for 30th however it still has not come.

The delivery service that was stated was yodel and it is not letting me contact the seller, as when i do it re directs me to another sight.

I am so stuck and disappointed.

I have tried to contact eBay however the digital assistant is not helping and just telling me to contact the seller where that isn’t working.

Try the contact link for the seller on your purchases page.   Click on the dropdown arrow on the right of the item.

To get your money back check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and if/when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
