Hello im trying to sell a new listing but it wont give me the buy it now option it keeps taking me to auction how do i sort this out thankyou

As a new seller your account will be limited to auctions for the time being.     Rather than continue with that negative feedback you could start another account using the same details but a different email address.   Log out of this one and clear cookies first, or use a different browser.
