Faulty Memory

Hi Guys, I purchased a pair of memory sticks from a seller. Unfortunately, one of the pair showed a fault, and the computer would not boot when it was installed. After speaking to the seller, I started a return, but the seller keeps dragging it out, even on eBay. Customer support is dragging it out and will get back to me even after the AI said I will get a refund. Any ideas from you Guys

You shouldn't need to deal with CS.  If the seller hasn't provided a return label after 3 business days there should be a  option in the case to escalate to ebay automatically.

Did you open the case within 30 days of delivery?

Hello, the seller did not send a return label, just a snotty message, and eBay automatically escalated
And would get back to me within 48 hours, but alas, not, and yes, it is within 30 days

You only have 30 days from delivery date to open an official  'Item not as described' (faulty) case  --- If you have done this ??,  Seller or eBay should supply a prepaid return label --- follow the instructions carefully and escalate to eBay on day 4 for their assistance >
