Edit Tracking Details?

Hi there, does anybody know if it's possible to edit tracking details? I had to despatch a listing with DHL due to the size and weight of the 3 parcels that made up one listing, despite eBay forcing me to list with a single parcel on Simple Delivery (origianally listed as collection only - wish I'd kept it that way!). I added my order confirmation number by mistake, and now the item is just sitting there saying it's undelivered. It was delivered and signed for today by the buyer, but now I have no idea how to get paid. eBay's chatbot was useless, so I would really appreciate any help anyone can offer please. Thank you!

I'm surprised it allowed you to add a tracking number at all.   You will receive the payment but ebay may hold it for 14 days, the same as if it was untracked.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge Peaseblossom - it is good to know I'll still get paid even if I have to wait a while. To add the DHL tracking I did it in a dropdown I think on the order overview page - it let me select DHL e-commerce and then enter a number. Then it was immediately marked as despatched. Unfortunately I had entered my DHL order confirmation number, and not a tracking number. Oh well, you live and learn I guess! 😂
