Hi all i bought car mats as a guest but they were the wrong size even though check car reg

I tried to send message but no replies .

I would like a refund but am stuck as being ignored by the company.

I would love some help as i never got an invoice or confirmation email the mats were just posted to me with no return address.

I wanted to talk to a live person but its all automated AI thanks for any help.

You need to open a return using "not as described" if the listing had incorrect information.    If you use "doesn't fit" that is classed as "change of mind" that the seller can refuse.

But if you didn't get a confirmation email you will need to speak to ebay.   You can ring them or request they ring you by viewing this link on your phone - not on a laptop or PC:

You don't need to talk to anyone, just open a return by going to the right of your item scroll down using the arrow and choose the reason: Not as described, or wrong item sent.  You will be sent a prepaid label by the seller to return for refund.

Word of warning Do not use "Does not fit" as this is considered a change of mind return and you'll be required to pay for the return yourself.

If your seller ignores the case escalate to ebay as soon as the case allows.
