Hi all.

Twice now found an item I wanted UK seller showing in stock package arrives from china completely the wrong item return label supplied from Ali express both times. Why is this allowed it's really disappointing and time consuming and costly repackaging the item and going to the post office to return it .

There appears no way of telling eBay although apparently it is allowed .

Its quite apparent it's best to order from Ali express a least if they haven't got it it's refunded straight away Hassel free.

Very annoying.

I would have thought delivery time would tell you item was not in the UK.

If delivery time for example looked as though it was in the UK then as soon as past the expected delivery date you could have opened a Not received case to get a refund.
