eBay Balance Payment Issue

i tried to buy something with ebay balance, but it says this payment method is not available please try another one, then i tried to find a fix and i went into payments -> funds, and saw that it deducted the money, £105, from my account then refunded it straight away.

My problem is that I want to pay for the item with eBay Balance but it doesn't let me.

And look at the second image, when i click apply balance, nothing happens!

Others were having issue with different aspects of their account affecting them in the early hours of the morn, so it may have been a technical site issue.

Have you tried again this morning to pay with your eBay Balance?  Any better luck? 

Do though,  go into your Purchase History and see if there is still a Pay Now , it might have corrected itself.

Same exact issue. But it's fine, I just did a payout. But this error/bug should be fixed because what if another person wanted to pay with eBay Balance?
