Item that arrived not as described e bay shut my returns case down within 24 hrs without a chance to

I purchased an item that was described as XXL then it was described as a Med fit so the price was reduced on receipt of the item it was a small slim fit it certainly wasn't an adult Med i was told they didn't accept returns i asked Ebay to step in and the case was shut down in less than 24 hours without any explanation and i don't seem to be able to contact E bay on this matter the auto helper just repeats itself saying the case is closed and i can't appeal what do i do now, this seller is not a responsible seller i buy allot of Ebay for personal usage i feel i have been let down and ripped of !

"Doesn't fit" is classed as a "change of mind" return which sellers can refuse.   You should have used "Not as described".    Easy mistake to make but you cannot open another return.   Contact your payment provider and see if they can help.

When you buy clothing, it is worth checking that you are buying from a seller with a business account and not a private account.

Business sellers have to accept returns for any reason - even if you simply don't like the item you can send it back as long as you pay the postage.
