Stuff arrives I haven’t ordered.

Since I ordered a tatty old leather jacket on eBay  I’ve been receiving deliveries of old, tatty clothing. 
There’s no senders address on it 

no return address in fact,  no paperwork at all. 
Whats going on ? Is this part of a scam I need to be aware of?
